We keep all information shared by you confidential and do not release any information without your agreement. Trained in a scientist-practitioner model, our treatment methods are grounded in evidence-based practice. we use a wide variety of treatment methods, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
