PSYCHOTHERAPY CLINIC
FOR CHILDREN & TEENS
"Children must be taught how to think, not what to think.” - Margaret Mead
Therapy teaches children and adolescents to understand and express their emotions in appropriate ways to resolve conflicts.
We help children and teenagers learn new skills and strategies to manage their emotions and behaviors.
WE TAKE A FAMILY APPROACH
We adapt our approach to meet children where they are at because everyday can be different. We teach children the skills to have the resilience to cope with life challenges. By actively involving parents and caregivers in the therapy process (where appropriate), we help families manage through big life transitions and changes (e.g., new baby in the family, child starting a new school, marital conflict or divorce, death of family member).
